Basic information about our catering/private event booking:
- We require minimum 2 hours to book.
- We ask for 50% down payment 2 weeks before to lock the date, and full  payment 4 days before the date.
- We will need 30 - 40 minutes to set up  and breakdown, and an electrical outlet.
