A. Artsy Essential Experience Starting at $400+ For smaller gatherings (up to 25 people/servings) simple setups and basic cotton candy shapes

B. Artsy Signature Experience (Most Popular) Starting at $650+ Custom designs with an elevated setup (30 - 50 people/servings) 2 hours or more, with themed cotton candy designs/characters

C. Artsy Luxury Activation Starting at $1,200+ Premium experience for weddings, corporate events, and brand activations

Other helpful information:

- Our bookings are first to reserve basis, we don't reserve a date for a client without a deposit. Our quotes are uniquely based on your guest count, location, theme, etc and quotes are only good for 1 week, if you don't reserve within a week, and your date and time is still available, the quote may change based on our availability and other factors.

- We need access to an electrical outlet and an even flat surface of 5 x 6 feet.

- We require at least 50% deposit/reservation to put your event on our calendar, and balance latest 2 days before the event date. We prefer not to receive the balance on the day of the event, to not bother the client on their busy occasion and for us to not wait after the event since usually, we have other events on the same day.
We accept Zelle, Venmo, or credit card payments.

- Emergency cancellations are accepted, but no refunds allowed, and can only be rescheduled to a different date that both parties are available. If no date can be agreed upon, a cancellation fee of $150 will be deducted from the deposit.
